THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT ON YOUR DEPARTURE THE PROPERTY/PROPERTIES ARE LEFT AS THEY WERE ON YOUR ARRIVAL, WITH NO BREAKAGES, DAMAGE OR UNNECESSARY EXTRA CLEANING. AFTER YOUR STAY ONCE THE PROPERTY IS THOROUGHLY CHECKED AND PROVIDING ALL IS GOOD, THIS IS THEN REFUNDED, IT MAY TAKE UP TO A WEEK FOR YOUR REFUND. IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM YOU WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THE ISSUE THAT HAS ARISEN AND IF IT SHOULD AMOUNT TO MORE THAN YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT YOU WILL BE LIABLE. We can not let you know on your departure if the property is being left as it was on your arrival, it takes us hours to run through and check the property , so please understand when we say we can not commit to you having your security deposit refunded at the time of your departure.

Due to the coronavirus we are only making the beds needed for your party size, we will ask you to look at the bedrooms in the property and please confirm which beds you would like making.
All beds must be stripped on your departure and bedding placed in the laundry trolley provided (or alternative area in the property, that we have asked you to do).
